A RESOLIYFION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SoIYrH SAN FRANCISCO
EMPLOYING ATTORNEYS FOR AIRPORT BOULEVARD INDUSTRIAL TRACT IMPROVEMENT
PROCEEDINGS.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that RICHARD
P. LYONS-CONRAD B. REISCH are hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices, and affidavits
in the proceedings with regard to the improvement of the Airport Boulevard Industrial Tract,
in said City, and they are further employed to furnish opinions on the legality of the contract
the assessment, and the bonds in said proceeding, and their compensation therefor is fixed at
two per cent (2%) of the cost of said improvement proceedings, payable as incidental expenses
of the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council. of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day
of September, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocea, Francis Lucchto, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
