A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY
AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFICCO~PANY, A CORPORATION, WHEREBY SAID CITY
IS PERMITTED TO CONSTRUCT, l/AINTAIN AND USE TWO PRIVATE ROAD
CROSSINGS UPON AND ACROSS THE PROPERTY AND TRACKS OF SAID SOUTHERN
PACIFIC COMPANY.
WHEREAS the Director of Public Works has recommended that the City of South San Francisco
acquire permission from the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, to construct, maintain,
and use two (2) private road crossings for ingress and egress to Pump Station No. 3 of the
Industrial Sewers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that a license agreement be entered into with the Southern Pacific Company, as recommended
by the Director of Public Works, whereby said Southern Pacific Company does grant to said
City a revocable permit to construct, maintain, and use two (2) private road crossings upon
and across the property and tracks of said Southern Pacific Company.
The Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of said
City and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same and to affix thereto the
corporate seal of said City.

the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day
of Septehber, 1955, by the following ~ote:
