RESOLUTION NO. 2247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY TO THE GENERAL FUND
OF SAID CITY FROM THE MOTOR VEHICLE IN LIEU TAX FUND OF SAID CITY,
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 2178.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Couocil of the City of South San Francisco that, pursuant to
the provisions of Resolution No. 2178 heretofore adopted by said City Council, the sum of
$154,543.45 be transferred from the Motor Vehicle in Lieu Tax Fund of said City to the General
Fund thereof.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rd day
of October, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
