ACCEPTING A DEED FROM PENINSULA TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall, and
hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 15th day of September, 1955, whereby
PENINSULA TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY, a California corporation, grants and conveys to said City of South
San Francisco certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said Deed
of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly ~ntroduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of October,
1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith
