A RESOLITFI.ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION FROM EDWIN G. COOPMAN, CHARLES H. BERGER,
AND FREDERICK F. SCRIBNER TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, AND A DEED
OF DEDICATION FROM HAROLD S. FIRSTENBERG TO SAID CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 11th day of November,
1955 whereby EDWIN G. COOPMAN, CHARLES H. BERGER, and FREDERICK F. SCRIBNER grant and convey to sai.
City of South San Francisco certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that said City shall, and hereby does, accept
that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 10th day of November, 1955, whereby HAROLD S. FIRSTENBER~
grants and conveys to said City certain real property therein described.
BE IT STILL FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause
said Deeds, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
November, 1955, by the following vote:
