A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOffFH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING
A DEED OF DEDICATION FROM SANTO CRISTO SOCIETY, A PRIVATE CORPORATION, TO THE
CITY OF SoIYrH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 17th day of November,
1955, whereby SANTO CRISTO SOCIETY, a private corporation, grants and conveys to Said City of
South San Francisco certain real property*herein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City.Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day
of November, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
