HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2277-1955RESOLUTION N0.~2277 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED FROM GIUSEPPE CUNEO AND ID~LINA CUNEO, HIS WIFE, AND ANOTNIO 6ARBARINO, TO THE CITY OF SOUTI~SAN FRANCISCO. BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 16th day of November, 1955, whereby GIUSEPPE CUNEO AND IDOLINA CUNEO, his wife, and ANTONIO GARBARINO grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco all that certain real property situated in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows: A parcel seven (7) feet in width lying southwesterly of, parallel and adjacent to, the following'described property line: Beginning at a point on the southweste~ line of Mission Road, said point being the most easterly corner of the lands described in the Deed from Paul Arata and wife to Frank Lagomarsino, dated November 19, 1914 and recorded November 23, 1914 in Book 235 of Deeds at Page 452~.~~s~_~f ~a~n~ M~t~_ ~ty~~p~c~he.p~$_~ly along the south- westerly line of~ff~s"~fb~n~t~D~-d-fMS~m-~ry Cowell~tS--~iovanni Devincenzi, recorded November 29, 1901 in Book 93 of Deeds at Page 18, Records of San Mateo County. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco ~ a regular meeting held on the 21st day of November 1955, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
