A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN RRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM GIUSEPPE CUNEO AND IDOLINA CUNEO, HIS WIFE,
AND ANTONIO GARBARINO, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication,' dated the 16th day of November,
1955, whereby GIUSEPPE CUNEO and IDOLINA CUNEO, his wife, and ANTONIO GARBARINO grant and convey
to said City of South San Francisco all,that certain real property situated in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows:
PARCEL I:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of the A. Garbarino and G. Cuneo Parcel, as said
parcelis delineated and designated upon a map entitled "SUNSHINE GARDENS, SUBDIVISION NO. 1, SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO", which map was filed for record under File No. 39685K in Volu~e 35 of Maps at pages
49 and 50, San Mateo COunty Records; thence North 43o 15' 41" West, 7.02 feet; thence South 42°
33' 42 East, 107.00 feet; thence South 43o 15' 41" West 7.02 feet,; thence North 42o 33' 42" West
107.00 feet to the aforesaid POINT OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL II:
BEGINNING, for reference, at the most westerly corner of the A. Garbarino and G. Cuneo
parcel, described above; thence South 42° 33' 42" East, 147.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence South 42° 33' 42" 5a~t 71.00 feet; thence North 43o 15' 41" East~ 7.02 feet; thence North
42° 33' 42" West 71.00 feet; thence South 43o 15' 41" West 7.02 feet to the aforesaid TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and h~.~hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the ~oregoing reso~ution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
November 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
