A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~L~NCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND I~PROVE~ENT COMPANY,
A COEPORATION, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South~San Francisco that said City
shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the llth day of November,
1955, whereby SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND AND I~PROVE~ENT COMPANY, a corporation, grants and conveys
to said City of South San Francisco that certain parcel of real property situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of an easement for ingress and egress and pu'
utilities conveyed by South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company to Louis L. Cima, et al, bl
deed dated April 27, 1955 and recorded May 11, 1955, in Book 2795 of Official Records at page 252
Records of San Mateo County, said point also being the most southerly corner of Lot 10 in Block
of Mayfair Village Map No. 3 as recorded in Book 26 of Maps at page 45 in the office of the Countl
Recorder, San Mateo County, California; thence from~saig 'potnt~f beginning S 740 27' E. 420.00
feet; thence departing from said northerly line, on the arc of a curve to the left, the center to
said curve bears N 15o 33' E, having a radius of 20.00 feet, a central angle of 900 00', an arc
length of 31.42 feet to the westerly line of Spruce Avenue; thence S 15o 33' W 70.00 feet along
westerly line; thence N 74° 27' W 440.02 feet; thence N 15° 33' E 50 feet to the point of beginni]
and containi~g .5070 acres.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the offi{
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of
November 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
