A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIJNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM LOUIS L. CIMA AND FRANCES T. CIMA, HIS WIFE,
AND GUIDO A. GUASPARI AND LENA GUASPARI, HIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said city shal
and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 25th day of November, 1955,
whereby LOUIS L. CIMA and FRANCES T. CIMA, his wife, and GUIDO A. GUASPARI and LENA GUASPARI, his
wife, grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco certain real property therein described
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the offic~
of the County Recorder of ~he County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of
December, 1955, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith
NOES, " None
ABSENT " None.
