A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
CORRECTING CERTAIN CLERICAL ERRORS AND OMISSIONS IN THE ASSESSME~
ROLL AS ADOPTED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1955-1956.
WHEREAS certain clerical errors and omissions have appeared with respect to the assess-
ment roll as aPl~O~ed and adopted by the City Council for the fiscal year 1955-1956; and
WHEREAS such errors and omissions should be corrected by the making of certain adjust-
ments to said assessment ro11,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SoUth San Francisco
that the assessment roll as heretofore adopted by said City Council for the fiscal year 1955-1956
be corrected as follows:
1'. With respect to Bill No. 318 (Arnold and Adeline Brooks): This bill is a duplicate
charge, said taxpayers already being charged under Bill No. 2469. Tax Bill No. 318 is to be
cancelled.
2. With respect to Bill No. 262 (Pacific Coast Builders): Through error assessed as
having a 1.86 acre parcel of realty, rather than a one acre parcel of realty. Said tax bill shoul¢
be corrected to show the taxpayer as the owner of a one acre parcel of realty with an assessed
valuation of $2,600.00, instead of $4,850.00.
3. With respect to Bill No. 84 (Louis L. and Frances T. Cima and Guido A. and Lena
Guaspari): Through error assessed as the owners of entire parcel of realty. Said tax bill should
be corrected to show Gustaf J. and Kathryn M. Kuehn as the owners of a portion of this realty.
Said tax bill should be further corrected so that the remaining property will be divided into two
parcels. Said tax bill shall be still further corrected to show the personal property as assessed
on the Unsecured Roll, rather than the Secured Roll.
~ With respect to Bill No. 2978 (Line Realty Company): Through Omission said taxpayer
was not assessed for improvements to real estate, having an assessed valuation of $34,360.00. As
corrected, said tax bill should show additional improvements in the amount of $34,360.00.
The City Clerk of said City, as the ex-officio Assessor thereof, is hereby instructed
to make the above-designated corrections to the official assessment roll for the fiscal year 1955-]
