A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO MARCO SENALDI AND
MARIE SENALDI.
WHEREAS the City of South San Francisco has heretofore received from the State of California
title to a navigable slough, the exact location of which is uncertain due to the fact that the same has
meandered about iu years gone by; and
WHEREAS it is iu the best interests of the City of South San Francisco that the exact location
of said navigable slough be definitely fixed and established because said slough, although no longer navigable,
is useful as a part of the master storm drainage system of said city; and
WHEREAS MARCO SENALDI AND MARIE SENALDI, owners of the property adjoining immediately to the
north of the area comprising a portion of said navigable slough have offered to give to the City of South San
Francisco a quit claim deed with respect to said area, and, in addition, to obtain a like quite claim deed in
favor of said city from LOUIS J. POLETTI and NATALIA JEAN POLETTI, husband and wife, the owners of the property
lying immediately to the south of said area, provided that said city iu turn give to said MARCO SENALDI AND
MARIE SENALDI a quit claim deed to their said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city shall, and it hereby does, accept the offer of said MARCO SENALDI aad MARIE SENALDI to procure for said city
the aforementioned quit claim deeds in return for said city's executing and delivering to said MARCO SENALDI and
MARIE SENALDI a quit claim deed with respect to their adjoining property;
BE IT FURT~ RESOLVED THAT the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco be, and he hereby is,
authorized to execute on behalf of said city a quit claim deed in favor of said MARCO SENALDI and MARIE SENAIDI
as above mentioned, and the City Clerk of said city is hereby instructed to attest to the same and to affix
thereto the corporate seal of said city. After said MARCO SENALDI and MARIE SENALDI as above mentioned, and the
City Clerk of ~aid city is hereby instructed to attest to the same and to affix thereto the corporate seal of
said city. After said MARC0 SENALDI and MARIE SENALDI shall have delivered to city said quit claim deeds to be
executed and procured by them as aforesaid, the City Clerk is instructed to deliver to said MARCO SENALDI and
MARIE SENALDI the quit claim deed in this paragraph authorized, together with a certified copy of this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of December, 1955, by
the following vote:
