ACCEPTING A DEED FROM FERDINAND0 MARTORELLA AND CELIO MARTORELLA TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE !TRESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 7th day of December, 1955, whereby
FERDINANDOMARTORAVIAAND CELIOMARTORELLA grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco certain real
property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said Deed
of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution %~s regularly introduced and adopted by the
City ~ouncil of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 4th day of January,
1955, by the following vote:
