ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR TtIE PROPOSED EXP~IDITURES OF TEE AL!,OCATION OF
GAS TAX MOR~PZS FROM TEE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO SAID CITY FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1956, AND APPROVING A FIRST SUPPL~AL MEMORANDUM OF
AG~ FOR THE EXPENDUTURE OF SUCH MONEYS FOR TEE MAINTENANCE OF
MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WRE~ there has this date been presented to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco a First Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement to be entered into ~th the State of California by said
City, in accoreance ~th a project statement submitted by said City for the expenditure of the gas tax allocation
to said City for the fiscal year 1956; and
WEE~ said City Council is fully familiar with the contents of said First Supplemental
Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that said project statement be, and it
hereby is, adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the allocation of gas tax moneys to said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the aforementioned First Supplemental
Agreement be, and the same hereby is~ approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said First
Supplemental Agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is directed to attest to the same and affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City, it being expressly understood by said City Council that said First Supplemental
Agreement shall be binding upon the City at such time as it shall be executed by the authorized officials of the
State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Couucil of the City of South San Francisco at an adJon~u~d regular meeting held this 4th day of January,
1956, by the following vote:
