A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF DEDICATION
FROM JOHN (~UALMAN AND JENNIE QUALMAN, HIS ~/IFE, TO
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that cdrtain Deed of Dedication, dated
the 4th day of October, 1955, whereby JOHN QUAL~AN AND JENNIE QUALMAN, his wife,
grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco all that certain parcel of real
property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of SanMateo, State of
California, and particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 12,
Block 145, thence North 74o 27' West a distance of
16.86 feet along the southerly line of Baden Avenue;
thence southeasterly along the arc of a circle of 15.00
foot radius, said circle being tangent at the last
named point to the southerly line of Baden Avenue, a
distance of 25.31 feet to the westerly line of Airport
Boulevard, at which point said circle is tangent to
the westerly line of Airport Boulevard; thence North
220 14' 40" East a distance of 16.86 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 63.07 square feet, more or
less.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Deed of Dedication, together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereb~ certify that the foregoing resolutiOn was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
.meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1956, by the following vote:
