HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2310-1956RESOLUTION NO. 2310 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM THE TEXAS COMPANY, A DELAWARE CORPORATION, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain ~uitclaim Deed, dated the 19th day of October, 1955, whereby THE TEXAS COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, does remise, release and forever quitclaim to the City of South San Francisco all rights acquired or held by it to the real property situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 12, Block 145, thence North 74° 27' West a distance of 16.86 feet along the southerly line of Baden Avenue; thence southeasterly along the arc of a circle of 15.00 foot radius, said circle being tangent at the last named point to the southerly line of Baden Avenue, a distance of 25.31 feet to the westerly line of Airport Boulevard, at which point said circle is tangent to the westerly line of Airport Boulevard; thence North 22° 14' 40" East a distance of 16.86 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 63.07 square feet, more or less. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said Quitclaim Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of February, 1956, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN: NOES, " : ABSENT, " : Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, Richard Gamlen, Telford Smith.
