A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
90UTH SAN FRANCISCO SETTING PLAN LINK~ FOR THE
ESTABLI~}~.'T OF MEMORIAL DRIVE, A PUBLIC
THOROUGHFARE, FROM ORANGE AVENUE TO CHESTNUT AVENUE.
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has determined the necessity for a public
thoroughfare extendin1~ from Orange Avenue to Chestnut Avenue in the vicinity of Memorial Drive
in order to create and establish a more efficient and safer traffic system in the City of South
San Francisco; and
~E~EAS the Planning Commission held a public hearing concerning the establish-
ment of said plan lines, a notice of said hearing having been duly published and posted in
accordance with the law; and
plan lines,
WHEREAS no objections, oral or written, were made concerning said proposed
MOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDby the City Council of theCity of South San
Francisco that plan lines for the future establishment of a public thoroughfare be set for the
extension of Memorial Drivefrom Orange Avenue to Chestnut Avenue as designated on that. certain
map dated January ~2; 195Sand signed by the director of Public Works, Louis
BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and he hereby is,
directed to~elivera c~rtified copy of this resolutior~ to the Planning Commission, the
Building Inspector, and the Director of Public Works of said City.
