A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~{E CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRA~;CISCO ACC~mTIN(; A DEED FRO~
JAMES H. BRUSCO AND LOUISE B~ISCO, HIS WIFE,
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Councilor the City of South gan F~aneisco
that said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Deed of Dedication, dated the 20th
day of February, 1956, whereby JAMES H. BRUSCO AND LOUISE BRUSCO, his wife, grant to said City
of South San Francisco a strip of real property for the purpose of street improvement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, andhe hereby is,
directed to cause said Deed of Dedication,together with a certified copy of this resolution,
to berecored in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
on the 20th day of February, 1956, by the following vote:
