A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NEC~SITY DEMAND
THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVE~E%~TS
STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that it be, and it is hereby, ordered and detem~ned, as follows;
1. The public interest and mecessity demands acquisition, construction and completion
of municipal improvement consisting of.storm drainage structures including storm sewers,
catch basins, culverts, box culverts, covered and uncovered, earth and concrete lined drainage
channels and conduits, and storm water pumping, stations, together with the acquisition of lands
and easements necessary or useful therefor, and ~11 acquisitions and improvements auxiliary
thereto that are necessary or useful in the completion thereof.
2. The acquisitions and improvements mentioned in the foregoing section of this
Resolution are nec~ss~.ry and convenient to carry out the objects, purposes and powers of the
City.
3. The cost of said acquisitions and improvements will be too great to be paid out of the
ordinaryannual income and revenue of the City.
&. The said indebtedness will require an expenditure ~reater t~mn the amount allowed
for it by the annual tax levy of said City.
