A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTB SAN FRANCISCO DETERMINING
THAT THE INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAINS ON
FORESTVI~,f AND EV~iRGRE~N AVENUES HAS BEEN
COMPLETED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City Council hereby determines and declares that the storm drain facilities along
Forestview Avenue from Grand Avenue to an existing ditch on the south side of Mission Road
and along Evergreen Avenue from Baywood Avenue to Co]mm Creek in said City have been
completed by ASSOCIATED PIPE LINE, INC., a California corporation, in accordance with the
plans and specifications therefor, on the 15th day of February, 1956.
The City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco is hereby directed
to file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, a
Notice of Completion of said contract.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City.of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held this 27th day of February, 1956, by the followinE vote:
