RESOLUTION NO. 2327
A R~OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN,~Io~0 DETERMINING
THAT THE WORK OF CONSTRUCTING ADDITIONAL
SLUDGE BEDS AND LAGOONS AT THE MUNICIPAL
SES~AGE TRE~TM]~T PLANT HAS~ BF~ COMPLETED.
BE IT RESOLVED by.the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said City Council hereby determines and declares that the work of constructing sludge
beds and lagoons at the Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant was completed on the 15th day of
Febr~usry 1956 by RAYOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a Wyoming corporation, in accordance
with the plans and specifications therefor.
The City Clerk of said City of South San Francisco is hereby directed
to file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, a
Notice of Completion of said contract.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 5th
day of March, 1956, by the following vote:
