A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT
WORK PERFORMED UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.
2192, ADOPTED AUGUST 1, 1955.
WHEREAS no person has, in writing, complained to or appealed to the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco with reference to the assessment made by
the Director of Public Works as ex-offic~o Superintendent of Streets of said City upon
the property declared to be benefited by the public improvement work mentioned in
Resolution of Intention no. 2192, adopted August l, 1955, and any and all written or
oral protests being hereby overruled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that said assessment be, and the s~me is hereby, confirmed.
The Superintendent of Streets of said City is hereby directed to deliver
to the contractor who performed the improvement work mentioned in said Resolution' .PT
Intention No. 2192, or to his duly designated assignee, said assessment, to which shall be
attached a warrant authorizing said contractor or said assignee to demand and receive the
several assessments upon said assessment, in the manner and form required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 19th day of March 1956, by the following vote:
