ShUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE AUCEPTANCE
OF'~ DEED E~'CUTED IN FAVOR OF SAID CITY BY
CALIFORNIA GOLF CLUB
RF£0LUTION NO. 2332
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept from CALIFORNIA ?~LF SLUB that certain Deed dated the 2$th
of March 1956, ~ereby said CALIFORNIA C~LF CLUB conveys to said City fee title to a parcel of
land approximately one acre in area, over, across, and upon which said City proposes to constrhct
a public street which will become a portion of ~est Orange Avenue as projected from the Present
westerly terminus thereof to Camaritas Avenue~ in s~id City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and be herebT? is,
directed, to cause said Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be r~.corded
in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re~arly introduced snd adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the
26th day of March 1~56, by the following vote:
