OF SAID CITY
BE IT R~'SOLYED by the City Council o" the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, an~ hereby does, accept from CALIFORNIA WATER SF~VICE COM}~i~Y that certain Deed dated
the lath day of October 1955, whereby said CALIFORNIA WATER S~{VICE COMPANY conveys to said City
fee title in and to the parcel of real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said City be, and he hereby is,
directed to cause said Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San ~teo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re$11arly introduoed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meetinM held on the
