A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO INSTRUCTING THE DIR~CTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AS
EX-OFFICIO SUPERINT~]~DENT OF STt~EETS OF SAID CITY TO
PREPARE AND FILE WITH THE SITY CLERK AN AMENDED, OR
DIVID~]], ASSESSMR~T FOR THE SUBDITI$ION AREA KNOWN AS
"AIRPORT BLVD. INDUSTRIAL TRA~T" ~fITH R~ESPECT TO THE
ASSESSMENT ARISING OUT OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PROCEED-
INGS FOR AIRPORT BO.TLEVARD SANITARY S~LR DISTRICT,
CONDUCTED PURSUANT TO RFSOLUTION OF INT~TION NO. 2054
~EAS a portion of the area comprising a part of the Airport Boulevard Sanitary
Sewer District has, subsequent to the assessment becomin~ a lien upon the lands comprising the
said assessment district, been re-subdivided, rendering it n~cessary to segregate and apportion
~he unpai~ installments of the original assessment in accordance with the benifits to the several
~arcels or lots of land comprising said subdivision known as "AIRPORT BLVD. INDUSTRIAL TRACT"; and
%~{ERFAS there is presently ow~n~ and unpaid upon the assessment liens against the
lots of land comprising said new re-subdivision the sum of S~JEN TWOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETE~
and 02/lOOths DOLLARS (~7A19.02) as principal, plus the additional sum of ~0 THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED EIG}~Y-~,~O and ll/lOOths DOLLARS ($2782.11) as interest which will accrue upon said
principal sum,
N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that, pursuant to the provisions of Section ~730, et seq., of the Streets and Highways
~de of the ~tate of California, the Director of Public 5~rks as ex-officio Superintendent of
Streets of ~aid City be, and he hereby is, in~tm~cted to make and prepare a report and ~n amended,
or divided, assessment of the original area of land affected by the aforementioned subdividing,
together with ~ map or plat showin~ the re-subdivision of said area. Further, upon the filing of
a report and amended, or divided, assessment, by the Director of Public Works, the City Clerk of
~aid City shall fix a time and place for a hearing upon the anended, or divided, assessment and
shall give notice of the hearing by publication, as provided by law.
I hereby certify that ~h~ foregoin~ r~solution w~s regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 16th~hy of
~pril 1956, by the following vote:
