A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A SUPPLEMENTAL ~GREEMENT, OR ADDD~D~4, PFA~TAINING
TO T~E COLLECTION OF MUNICIPAL TAXES BY T~E
COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
WHEREAS there has been presented to the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco a form of supplemental agreement, or addendum, dated February 21, 1956 and appertaining
to the agreement heretofore executed by said City providing for the collection of municipal taxes
by the County of San Mateo; and
~ERFAS said City Council has heard read said supplemental agreement, or addendum,
and is in accord therewith,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RF~$OLVED by said City Council that said supplemental agree-
ment, or addendum, be, and the same hereby is approved, and the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized to execute the same on behalf of said City. In this connection, the City Clerk is
hereby instructed to attest to said agreement by signing the same and affixing thereto the
corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regulsr meeting held this 16th
day of April, 1956, by the following vote:
