A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CONFIRMING A DIVIDED
M~NT WITH RESPECT TO A PORTION OF THE AREA IN-
CLUDED WITHIN THE DISTRICT DEFINED IN RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 2054
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2336 of the City Council of the City
ef South San Francisco, adopted on the 16th day of April, 1956, notice has been duly given,
as prescribed in Section 8730 et seq. of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, of the intention of said City Council te amend the assessment, with respect to
a portion of the area comprising the district defined in Resolution of Intention No. 2054,
as amended, adopted by said City Council on the 30th day ef AuEust, 1954, which portion ef
said district is now known as the "Airport Blvd. Industrial Tract"; and
WHEREAS no persons interested appeared, or filed written protests, against
said proceedings, or any part thereof, and all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said divided assessment
were fully heard and considered by said City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Ceumcil and said City Ceuncil
does hereby order:
I. That all pretests and objections be, and they hereby are, overruled;
That the divided assessment list and divided assessment diagram, as prepared
by the Director of Public Works as ex-officio Superintendent of Streets ef
said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, be, and the same hereby is,
approved and confirmed as the assessment for the above-mentioned area.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
7th day of May 1956, by the following vote:
