A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DETERMINING THAT THE
?~OHK OF R}~OVAT~ A~ WODFRNIZING THE BAS~-
M]~T FLOOR OF TH~ CITY HALL HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City Council hereby determines and declares that the work of renovating and modernizing
the basement floor of the City Hall was completed on the 23rd day ef April 1956 by DILLS &
GOODWAY, a co-partnership, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, and that
therefore, said work should be, and the same hereby is, accepted on behalf of said City.
BE IT FURTH~ RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco
be, and he hereby is, directed to file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, California, for recordation purposes, a Notice of Completion of said Contract.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced snd
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
7th day of May 1956, by the follov~ng vote:
