FROM SAFE~AY STORES, INCORPORATED, A DEED OF EAS~,~T DEDICATING TO SAID CITY
A STRIP OF LAND TO BE USED FOR AN UNDERGROUND $TO~4 SE~rER.
RESOLVED by the ~i%y OeUmcil of the City ef Seuth San Francisce that said City
does hereby accept from SAF~AY STORES, INCORPORATED, a Maryland corporation, a Deed of Easement
dedicating to said City a strip of land te be used for an underground storm sewer, said Deed bearimg
the date of April 2&, 1956.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is,~instructed to
cause said Deed of Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be forwarded
~e the County Recorder ef San Mateo County for recordation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced snd adopted
by the City Council ef the City of South San Francisce at a. regular meeting held this 21st day ef
Nay 1956, by the following vote:
