T. ~AAS, R. M. HAYNIE AND UTAH CONSTRUCTION'
SOMPANY, SUCCESSORS TO SOUTH SA~ FRANCISCO LAND
AND IMPROV~L~T COMPANY, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVFD by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant Deed, dated April 20, 1956
whereby ED~. T. HA~S, R. M. HAYNIE AND UTAH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, successors to SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, a California corporation, grant and convey to said
City of South San Francisco certain real property therein described.
BE IT F%~THER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed
to cause said Grant Deed, together '~ith a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned meeting
held on this 28th day of May 1956, by the followin? vote:
