A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING A BUDGFT FOR THE
PROPOSED EXPF~DITUR~ OF THeE ALLOCATION OF
ENGINEERING MON~YS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1957, AND
APPROVING A MP~ORANDUM OF AOREE~T FOR THE FX-
PFNDITbq~E OF FUNDS ALLOCATED TO SAID CITY UNDER
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
AND HIG!]~AYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
W~{EREAS there has this date been presented to the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco a Memorandum of A~reement to be entered into with the State of
California by said City, in accordance with ~ project statement submitted by said City for
the exoenditure of the engineering allocation to said City for the fiscal year 1957; and
WH~EAS said City Council is fully familiar with the contents of said
Memorandum of A~reement,
NOW, THER]~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that said project statenent be, and it hereby is, adopted as the budget of
proposed expenditures of the engineering allocation to said City.
BE IT FURTHF~ RESOLVED by the City Council that the aforementioned Memorandum
of Agreement be, and the same hereby is, approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is directed
to attest to the same and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City, it bein~ expressly
understood by said City Council that said ~%morandum of A~re~ment shall be binding upon the
City at such time as it shall be executed by the authorized officials of the State of Californis.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council. of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
Ath day of June 1956, by the foli!owinE vote:
