A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING PLANS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
OF PFDESTRIAN OVEHPASS AT HICKEV BOULEVARD AND HOLTON
AVEMUE IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS the Director of Public Works of the City of Sou~h San Francisco
has prepared plans with respect to the construction of a pedestrAan overpass at Nickey
Bouleward and Hilton Avenue within said City of South San Franci~co; and
~.~.FREAS the City Council of said City deems it advisable as beinE in
the best interests of the public and for its general welfare that said plans be approved,
.NO~, T~EV~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ~ity Council cf the City of South
~an Francisco that the plans prepared and submitted by the Director of Public Works with
respect to the construction efa pedestrian overpass at Hickey Boulevard and Hilton Avenue
in said ~ity, which are now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, be, and
they hereby are, accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHFR RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, instructed
to forward a cartified copy of this resolution, together with two. (2) sets of the aforementioned
plans as prepared by the Director of Public Works, to the Directors of Joint Highway District
Ne. l0 of the State of California, the public body having direction and control of Hickey Boul-
evard.

was regularly introduced and adopted by the ~ity
Council ef the City of Couth San Francisco at a
re~lar meeting held this ~th day of June 1956, by
the following vote:
