A RF~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING PLANS FOR THE RESURFACING OF
HICKEY BOULEV~\RD BE~4E~N JUNIP~O SERRA BOULEVARD AND
EL CAMINO REAL IN SAID CITY.
~EREAS ~he District Engineer for Joint Highway District Ne. 10 cf the State
o.f California has prepared plans with respect to the resurfacing of Hickey Boulevard between
Junipero Serra Boulevard and E1 Camino Real, STA 172 ~ 50 te 186 ~ 32; and
WH~EAS the Directer of Public Works of the City of South San Francisco has
~poroved said plans and has recommended that said plans be approved by the City Council of
said ~ity; and
~EHE~S said City Council deems it advisable as being in the best interests
of the public and for its general welfare that said plans be a~proved as reco:mnended by the
Director of Public ~erks of said City,
NOW, T~E~EFORE, BE IT RESOLYED b~ the City Oeuncil of the City ef Seuth San
Francisco that the recom~endation of the Director of Public Works be, and it hereby is, accepted.
Further, the plans, as prepared and submitted by the District Engineer f~r Jeimt Highway District
Ne. 10 of the State of California, ~ich are now on file in the office cf the City Clerk of
said City are hereby accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is~instructed
to forward a certified copy ef this resolution te the Directors ef Joint Highway ~istrict
Ne. 10, the public body having direction and control of Hickey Boulevard.

regularly introduced and ad~pted by the City Council
