A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH S.~N FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE DIVISION
OF ASSESSM]~NT NO. 2, SOUTH CANAL STREET AND
MAYFAIR AV~E IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the lOth
day of October 1955, confirm the assessment for the South Canal Street and Mayfair Avenue ImproVement
District; and
WHEREAS it now appears that a portion of the property included in Assessment
Ne. 2 has been sold, and a request having been made that the assessment on said parcel be divided in
accordance with the ownership thereof; and

~S{EREAS the total assessment on said parcel will not be chan~ed by the

approved by each of the owners of said parcel er parcels,
N~, THERFFO~4E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Ceuncil ef the City ef South
San Francisco that Assessment No. 2 ef the South Canal Street and Mayfair Avenue Assessment District
be, and it is hereby, divided into Assessment No. 2-a in the sum of Two ThouSand Four Hundred Twenty-
eiEht and 7A/lOOths Dollars ($2,~28.7~) and Assessment No. 2-b in the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-one
and 89/lOOths Dollars ($971.89)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works of said City as
its ex-officio Ouperintendent of Streets be, snd he hereby is, directed to correct the aforedescribed
assessment in order to reflect the changes hereinabove directed.
BE IT FUR~qER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, instructed
to forward to the Director of Public Works a certified copy of this resolution.

adopted by thc City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 18th day
