A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREemENT BETWEE~ SAID CITY A~D THE CITY
AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR ~E GRANTING OF A REVOCABLE
PER~IIT TO SAID CITY BY SAID CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City enter into an agreement with the City and County of San FranCisco, a municipal corporation
and political subdivision of the State of California, whereby said City and County does grant te
said City a revocable permit for the purpose of placing fill over certain pipe lines within the
right-of-way as described in the form of said revocable permit (dated April 23, 1956) and as
imdicated on the plat attached thereto.
The Mayor ef said City is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same and
to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
21st day of May 1956, by the fellewing vote:
