A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO DESIGNATING THE TRF~SURER OF SAID CITY
AS THE OFFICIAL TO COLLECT AND RECEIVE THE ASSE~SMEET ~i
MONEYS TO BE PAID BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS IN CONNECTION
WITH THE IMPROV~ENT OF SOUTH CANAL STREET AND MAYFAIR
AVE~JE
BE IT:RESOLVED by the City Council ef the City ef South San Francisco that, pursuant
te the previsions ef Section 10603 ef the Streets and Highways ~ede ef the State ef California, the City Trea-
surer ef said City be, and he hereby is, appointed and designated as the public efficial to cellect and receive
all the assessment moneys te be assessed and levied against the parcels ef preperty lying within the assessment
district knewn as "Seuth Canal Street and Mayfair Avenue Assessment District", established pursuant te the
provisions of Reselutien ef Intention Ne. 2207, adepted by said City Ceuncil on the 29th day ef August 1955.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all the aferesaid assessment meneys shall be held by said
City Treasurer in a separate fund te be entitled "South Canal Street and Mayfair Avenue Assessment District Fund",
and shall be disbursed by him only upen presentation ef a special warrant drawn upon him by the Director ef
Public Works in his capacity as ex-officio Superintendent ef Streets ef said City.
Reference is hereby made te Resolution Ne. 2312, passed and adapted by the City Ceuncil
ef the ~ity ef Seuth San Francisco en the 20th day ef February 1956, which said resolution prevides fer the
establishing efa special bank account for the purpose ef paying the cest ef improving South Canal Street and
Mayfair Avenue Extension and providing far the temporsry transfer ef meneys fram the Geaeral Fund into said
Special Account and previding for reimbursement ef said General Fund upon the sale ef improvement bends.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, instructed te forward
te the City Treasurer and the Director ef Public Works a certified cepy ef this reselutiom.
