',q'{EI{Z\S the CYty Council of the City of South San Francisco did, on the 3rd day of
March 1952, appoint FRANK ~INI as a member of the Personnel Board of said City, on which Board he served
as a member until the 18th day of June 1, 50; and
~{EREAS said FRANK ESEQINI did serve sai8 City of South San Francisco, and the people
thereof, honorably and well during all the time while he was a member of its Personnel Beard; and
h~EREAS, as a public official of said City, he did always conduct himself with the
utmost loyalty, fr~ithfulness, and competence; and
WH~K~S said FRANK ESERINI, as a loyal and faithful public servant, contributed greatly,
by 6ntiring efforts te the upbuilding and improvement ef the City of South San Francisce, which made great '
growth and tremendous preEress during the time when he was serving as a member of the Personnel Beard ef said

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Ceuncil Sf,~he~SitY ef Seuth San Francisco

City ef Seuth San Francisco, and the people thereef, and said City Council does hereby e~press te him their
very highest commendation for the manner in which he has fulfilled the duties ef the public office held by him.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE~ that this Reselutien be spread upon the efficial Minutes ef the
City Council and that a Certificate ef Merit be presented te said FRANK ESERINI, together with a certified copy
ef this Reselutien.
