BE IT RESOLVED by the City Ceuncil ef the City ef Seuth San Francisce that said City
enter inte an agreement with Lema Linda Censtruction Ce., a Califernia cerperatien, in the ferm submitted te
said City Council, the purpese ef said agreement being te grant permissien te said Lema Linda Censtructien Ce.
te preceed with the werk ef excavating and remeving earth frem Lema Linda Subdivisien Ne. 1 se that said Sub-
divisien may be cempleted as seen as pessible and thus cease te be a seurce ef anneyance and iecenvenience te
said City and the residents and preperty ewners thereef.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Ceuncil that the Mayer ef said City shall be, and
he hereby is, autherized te execute the same ef behalf ef said City. The City Clerk ef said City is hereby
instructed te attest te said agreement and te affix therete the cerperate seal ef said City.
