A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT FROM E. G. COOPMAN
RELATIVE TO THE INSTALLATION OF DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN
THE SOUTH SPRUCE AVENUE AREA AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF
SAID SOUTH SPRUCE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City Council shall, and it hereby does, approve and accept the agreement executed by E. G.
COOPMAN, under date of July 16, 1956, and providing for the installation of s~rm drainage
facilities along the west side of South Spruce Avenue and providing, in addition, for t'he im-
provement of said South Spruce Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to sign
the aforesaid agreement on behalf of said City. and the City Clerk thereof is hereby instructed
to attest to the same and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 16th day of July 1956, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi and Leo J. Ryan,
Councilman Francis LucchiO abstained.
