A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED FROM JOINT HIGHWAY DISTRICT
NO. 10 TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Fra~isco that
said City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Quitclaim Deed, dated July 5, 1956,
whereby JOINT HIGHWAY DISTRICT NO. 10, a joint highway district organized pursuant to the
laws of the State of California, quitclaims to said City of South San Francisco all its right,
title, and interest in and to the real property in said Quitclaim Deed described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Quitclaim Deed, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly i~roduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of July 1956, by the follo~ng vote;
Ayes, Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio
and Leo J. Ryan
