A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGRED~E~F
BETIf~N SAID CITY AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(DEPARTmeNT OF PUBLIC V~RKS - - DIVISION OF F.I~VAYS)
PROVIDING FOR THE MODIFICATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL
FACILITIES AT SPRUCE ~U~ A~ EL CA~fiNO RFAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City
enter into an agreement with the STATE.0F CALIFORNIA-(Department of Public Works -- Division of
Highways) in the form submitted to said City Council, the purpose of said agreement being to provide
for the modification of traffic signal facilities at the intersection of Spruce Avenue and E1 Camino
Real in said City.
BE IT FURTHI~ RESOLVED by said City Council that the Mayor of said City shall be, and
he hereby is, authorized to execute the same on behalf of said City. The City Clerk of said City is
hereby instructed to attest to said agreement and to affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.
Further, said City Clerk shall fom~ard to the STATE OF CLAIFOP~IA (Department of Public Works --
Division of Highways) four (&~ certified copies of this resolution.
