A R~OLUTION OF THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN F~%ANCISCO ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR T~ PROPOSED EX-
PENDITURES OF THE ALLOCATION OF GAS TAX MONEYS FROM
THE STATE OF CALIFOF~IA TO SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1957, AND APPROVING A FIRST CUPPL~I4ENTAL MEMORAhqPUM
OF AGRE~SP~T FOR ~{E EXP~DITU[{E OF SUCH MONEYS FOR lN~J
~i~INTENANCE OF }~JOR CITY STREETS
~.~EREAS there has this date been presented to the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco a First Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement to be entered into with the State of
California by said City, in accordance with a project statement submitted by said City for the
expehditure of the gas tax allocation to said City for the fiscal year 1957; and
~EI~EAS said City Council is fully familiar with the contents ofsaid First Supplemental
A~reement,
NGf, TWEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council that said project statement be,
and it hereby is, adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the allocation of gas tax moneys
to said City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council that the aforementioned First Supplemental
Memorandum of Agreement be, and the same hereby is, approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said First Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk
is directed to attest to the same and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City, it being ex-
pressly understood by said City Council that said First Supplemental Memorandmm of Agreement shall
be binding upon the.City at such time as it shall be executed by the authorized officials of the
State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this &th day of
September 1956, by the following vote:
