SPECIAL MEETING
April 25, 1983
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of
California, that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco will
hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 25, 1983, 4:30 p.m. in the City Council
Conference Room, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue, South San Francisco, California.
The purpose of the meeting:
1. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 6, 1983
2. Closed Session for Property Negotiations.

THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
Special Meeting
April 25, 1983
TIME: 4:30 p.m.
PLACE: City Council Conference Room, City Hall
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Roberta Cerri Teglia called the South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency meeting to order at 5:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Roberta Cerri Teglia, Vice Chairman Mark Addiego,
Members Emanuele N. Damonte and Gus Nicolopulos
Absent: Member Ronald G. Acosta
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo,
Assistant Secretary Louis Dell'Angela, City Attorney Robert
Rogers, Assistant City Manager Michael Wilson
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo remarked that there was only one item to
be considered on the agenda, the approval of the Minutes of the
~regular'meeting of April 6, 1983.
APPROVAL OF Member Nicolopulos moved, seconded by Member Addiego, that the
MINUTES: Minutes of the regular meeting of April 6, 1983, be approved. Motion,
as made and seconded, was~regul'ar carried. Member Acosta, absent.
CLOSED SESSION The Agency Board adjourned to a Closed Session for property negoti-
ations at 5:23 p.m.
RECONVENED Chairman Teglia reconvened the Agency meeting at 6:55 p.m. No action
was taken.
ADJOURNMENT: Member Damonte moved, seconded by Member Addiego, that the meeting
be adjourned. Motion, as made and seconded, was regularly carried;
Member Acosta, absent.
Time of adjournment: 6:57 p.m.
