RESOLUTION AUTHO~qIZING LO~; FROM
GENEPJ~L FUND TO SPECIAL IMP~qOVEMENT FUND
%~EREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, acttng under and
pursuant to the provisions of Division 12 of the California Streets and Highways Code, by Resolution
of Intention No. 2&O1 duly passed and adopted on August 27, 1956, has declared its intention to order
certain work to be done and acquisitions and improvements to be made in an assessment district
designated Industrial Park I~provement District No. i comprising the territory described in said
Resolution of Intention; and
..'~LREAo, said City Council in and by said Resolution of Intention referred said work
and ac~Tuisitions and improvements to Wilsey & Ham, as Engineers of %~rk for said District and directed
said Fngineers to make and file with the City Clerk of said City a report in writing; and
WHEREAS, said Engineers of Work duly filed with the City Clerk their report in
~iting including a proposed assessment of the total amount of the costs and expenses of said
proposed acquisitions and improvements upon the several subdivisions of land in the district in
proportion to the estimated benefits to be received by such subdivisions, respectively, from the
acquisitions and improvements, all in accordance with Sections 10203 and 1020A of the California
Streets and Highways Code; and
~EREAS, said City Council of said City by Resolution No. 2&03 adopted on Au~ust 27,
1956, duly confirmed said assessment and ordered said acquisitions and improvements to be made,
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVe) by the City Council of the City of South Jan Francisco,
as follows:
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco, to expedite the making of said
acquisitions and improvements, hereby directs the City Treasurer to establish a special fund to
be designated "Industrial Park Improvement District No. I Special Fund" and declares it to be
necessary to transfer and does hereby transfer into said special fund out of money in the General
Fund the sum of $10.O0. Said $10.O0 so transferred is a loan to said special fudd and shall be
repaid out of the proceeds of said assessment.

do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted
by the City Council at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council duly and regularly held at
the regular meeting place thereof on the llth day of September, 1956, of which meeting all of the
members of said City Council had due notice; that at said meeting said resolution was introduced by
Councilman Rocca and was thereupon, upon motion of Councilman Rocca, seconded by Councilman Ryan,
adopted by the following vote:

That I have carefully compared the same with the original minutes of said meeting on file
and of record in my office and that said resolution is duly noted of record in Book 9 of M~nutes, page ll3,
and said resolution is a full, true and correct copy of the original resolution adopted at said meeting and
entered in said minutes. That said resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded since the date
of its adoption and the same is now in full force and effect.
