OTHER MATTER RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROV~NT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal is a newspaper published in the
City of South San Francisco and circulated in said City; and
%,~EREAS, the City Council of said City is conducting proceedings under the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement Act of 1911;
N~.~, THF2~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 8F THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
AS FOLL~,~:
Whenever, in the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 or in the Improvement Act of 1911
a notice, resolution, order or other matter relative to said proceedings for said work and improvement in Industri$1
Park Improvement District No. t is required to be published, the City Clerk of said City is hereby ordered to
publish such notice, resolution~ order or other matter in said South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, which is
hereby selected by the City Council for that purpose.

Council at an adjourned regular meeting of said City Council duly and regularly held at the regular meeting
place thereof on the llth day of September, 1956, of which meeting all of the members of said City Council
had due notice; that at said meeting said resolution was introduced by Councilman Rocca, seconded by
Councilman Lucchio, a~ adopted by the following vote:

That I have carefully compared the same with the original minutes of said meeting

and said resolution is a ~1, true and correct copy of the original resolution adopted at said meeting and
entered in said minutes. That said resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded since the date of its
adoption and the s~me is now in full force and effect.
