A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~"IqE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE
CITY AND C~NTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, TO T~E CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall, and
hereby does, accept that certain Deed, dated the 25th day of July 1956, whereby the CITY A~fD COUNTY OF SAN
FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation, grants to said CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO easements for street and utility
purposes, as in said deed particularly described.
BE IT FUR~{~ RESOLVED THAT the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said Deed,
to~ether with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of October
1956, by the following Wote:
