BE IT RE$OLWED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City enter
into an agreement ~,m.~_tb the CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY in the form submitted to said City Council
and entit].ed "Bill of Sale and Agreement", the purpose of said agreement being to provide independent
metered service to the Sewage Plant, the Animal Shelter, and other industrial installations which may
be constructed adjacent to Belle Air Road in said City, said Bill of Sale and Agreement providing for
the acquisition by said California ?Jater Service Company from City of ~even hundred twenty-five (725)
feet of sL~ (6)-inch cast iron nmin extending from Old Bayshore Highway to the Sewage Plant of said
City.
BE IT R~-JOLVED by said City Council that the Msyo~ o? said City shall be, and he hereby
is, authorized to execute the same on behalf of said City. The City Clerk of said City is hereby
instructed to attest to said Bill of Sale and Agreement and to a~fix thereto the corporate seal of said
City. Further, said City Clerk shall forward to CALIFOP~IA UATER SERVICE COMPANY one certified copy of
this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
15th day of October 1956, by the following vote:
Councilmen G. J. Rozzi, Andrew Rocca, Francis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, and
Leo J. Ryan
