SOUTH SA;~ F~ANCI~CO PROVIDING FOR THE FL17~INATION
FROM THE CLASSIFICATION OF MAJOR STR]TETS OF SAID
CITY THAT PORTION OF LUX AV~JUE EKTH~DING BE~I%,~J~
THE I~ERSECTION TI~REOF ~,gTH AIRPORT BOULEYARD
A~.~D THE INTERSECTION T~ZREOF ~';rITH MAPLE AYENUE
HE IT RF~OLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Frarcisco that, for good and
sufficient reason, that portion of Lux Avenue extending between the intersection thereof with Airport
Boulevard and the intersection thereof with ~ple Avenue should be, and it is hereby ordered that it
sh~ll be, eliminated from the classification of major streets of said City.
BE IT ?URTHF]~ 2X~OLVED that, in order to accomplish
the objective of~~ the preceding !paragra~, the state of California be requested to enter into an agree-
ment with the City of South San Francis co amending the contract heretofore existing between said City
and State, and pert.~ining to the classificstion of major streets.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
15th day of October 1956, by the following Vote:
