A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
DESIGNATED CITY OFFICIALS TO DRAW WARRANTS
UPON TEE CITY TREASURER, AND VACATING RESOLUTION
NO. 2OO9.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Mayor and
the City Clerk of said City be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to sign all warrants drawn
upon the ~ity Treasurer of said City. In the event that the Mayor shall be absent or unaYailable, then
the Vice Mayor shall be, and he hereby is, empowered to sign all such warrants; likewise, should the City
Clerk be absent or uua~vailable, then his depnty shall sign iu his stead.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2009, passed and adopted by the City Council on
the 3rd day of May 1954, shall be, and it is hereby ordered, vacated and set aside.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall, and he is hereby instructed to, forward
certified copies of this resolution to the City ~reasurer and to all the various banks wherein the City
of South San Francisco has deposited municipal funds of said City.
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this
5th day of November 1956, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen G. J. Rozzi~ Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio and
Leo J. Ryan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
