A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING AN INDENTURE CONVEY-
ING AN EASEMENT, FROM HERBERT N. REND RIX AND
ELIZABETH J. HENDRIX TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said City shall,
and hereby does, accept that certain Indenture, dated the 1st day of November 1956, whereby HERBERT N.
RENDRIX and ELIZABETH J. HENDRIX grant and convey to said City of South San Francisco an easement interest
in across and through certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to cause said
Indenture, together with a certified copy of this resolution, to be recorded iu the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Cguncil of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 5th day
of November, 1956, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen G. J. R0zzi, Andrew Rocca, Emilio Cortesi, Francis Lucchio and
Leo J. Ryan.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
